25 talented female artists, 25 different styles of tattooing, 25 unique photoshoots – „TATTOOFEST. 25 Polish Female Tattoo Artists” – it’s the album, that is not only the one-of-a-kind project in Poland, but is fairly unique on a European scale. It supposed to be the apotheosis of the gentle sex succeeding in this once male-dominated industry. Creation of the album, somewhere in the background, was motivated by the “girls power” slogan, which very generally corresponds with the atmosphere of what we wanted to convey. On 160 pages we intended to introduce the works of each of the invited girls, but also to present opinions on subjects related to their work, the industry and femininity. The premiere of the album will take place on 2.06.2018 on the 13th edition of the Tattoofest Festival in Krakow.
